During very stressful times we sometimes look for something that offers immediate gratification. Unfortunately this often doesn’t get to the root of our main issue: stress. Instead of looking for immediate gratification it can be useful to look at some more relaxing alternatives.

My yoga nidra classes may be the alternative you are looking for. In addition to bubble baths they can really help your body and mind to fully relax. So consider joining my classes.
