Pre Frontal Cortex Workout

Are you having difficulty focusing? Do you find it difficult to predict the consequences of you actions? Do you find it hard to control your impulses, and manage your emotional reactions? Is it hard to plan for the future?

If you said yes to any of those questions, then your prefrontal cortex might benefit from regular practice of meditation. Although meditation may seem “hard” it doesn’t have to be. It takes practice, and you must have patience with yourself.

An easy way to meditate is to try my guided meditation classes. I teach yoga nidra, but you don’t need to do anything physical except for lie down, relax as much as you can, while I lead you through a guided meditation.

Get one class for 10$ CAD or if you’re looking for the best value choose three classes for 20$ CAD.

The classes will take place on Mondays at 8:00 p.m. AST. This is 7:00 p.m. EST. You can also check the time by using this time zone converter. The classes will take place on the following dates:

November 8th, November 15th, November 22nd, November 29th, December 6th, December 13th, and December 20th
