Yoga nidra is a very relaxing practice. Yoga nidra can help you to manage immune function, blood pressure, cortisol levels and induce restful sleep. It is easy to do. All you need to do is lie down, and allow yourself to relax while I lead you through a guided meditation.
Like any new activity it is important to practice it regularly for best results. These classes will be 30 minute live zoom sessions.
