Savasana is a very helpful way to improve posture and to release tension.

When you lie on your back on the floor gravity does a lot of the work.

The benefits you may experience from practicing savasana include:

lowered blood pressure

Calm mind, reduced stress

Improved digestion and immune system

Reduced anxiety, fatigue

Relieves headaches

Give yourself 10 minutes to practice this pose especially if you are having a stressful day!
